9/21/11 Jeff Norton Update

A new hearing was scheduled for October 6, 2011, which is one year and 2 days since we started going to these. Not much is expected to happen then as the new defense attorney will ask for time to prepare the case.Basically, with the exception of depositions, the case will start over again. The pretrial hearing after October 6th is the one we should plan to attend. It is currently scheduled for November 2, 2011 at 8:30 am.
