Roy Kronk: the Lessons Learned

Jose Baez’s allegations will most likely change citizen involvement for victims of crime for years to come. In my opinion, the defense is just muddying the waters to confuse the jury. Regardless of which attorney does the actual questioning, Baez is ultimately responsible as the lead attorney for the trial strategy. Unfortunately, there will be long-term implications for citizen involvement. In an era where people look more to their own interests than to the ultimate public good, the message is clear: report the finding of a body of a person at your peril.
